• Access to four key emerging markets: the return of your plan is linked to the S&P BRIC 40 Index, which represents 40 of the largest companies in Brazil, Russia, India and China. • Attractive growth potential: you receive 115% of any growth in the S&P BRIC 40 Index over the six year investment term, up to the maximum return of 57.5%. • Protection from a falling market: if the S&P BRIC 40 Index is unchanged or falls over the investment term, you will not receive any investment growth but your initial investment is protected. • Capital protection provided by securities issued by Morgan Stanley: the plan is designed to return at least 100% of your initial investment at maturity.
