Deposit Plan & ISA Risk Factors
• If you have to take out some or all of your money before the
end of the fixed term, you may receive back less than you
originally invested.
• Unless the performance of your plan meets or exceeds the rate
of inflation, the real value of your plan will reduce.
• If the deposit taker is unable to meet its obligations, you
may not receive all your investment back.
• The favourable tax situation of ISAs may not be maintained.
Important Information
• You will not be invested directly in the companies that make
up the FTSE 100 Index. As a result, you will not be eligible to
receive any dividend income or have the opportunity for
reinvestment of the dividends from the companies that form that
Index.
• As with other deposit products, there are no specific charges
on the plan.
• Averaging is used over the final six months of the investment.
It may restrict any potential return if the FTSE 100 Index rises
over the averaging period.
• Your money will not be invested with Legal & General. It will
be passed to Cater Allen limited, an authorised deposit taker.
